September 2023 marked the beginning of an exciting new tradition at the Pacific Surf Motorcoach Estate – lemon drop martinis for happy hour! The location changes, but the drinks remain the same heavenly concoction of lemon-flavored vodka, limoncello and freshly squeezed lemon juice, shaken and poured into a glass with a lemon zested cane sugar rim.
While some may argue that lemon drop martinis are an unconventional choice for happy hour, Leilani’s decision to introduce this citrusy delight was well received. Not only does it add a touch of sophistication to the usual happy hour fare of surprisingly good boxed wine, but it also brings a sense of celebration among our members as well any prospects who may drop in to see what we’re about.
