Recent sales at the Pacific Surf Motorcoach Estate bring such wonderful people to our community, like our newest members who just purchased 3C! They went salmon fishing during their first stay at Pacific Surf Motorcoach Estate and they were so kind to share their fresh catch with us.
I seasoned the gigantic salmon fillets with a combination of Old Bay seasoning, garlic salt and Smokehouse Maple seasoning, then seared it in my Ninja pan on an induction plate. What a delicious salmon dinner, thanks to our new friends at the Pacific Surf Motorcoach Estate!
