Documenting the state of the stepping stones down to the beach allows us to appreciate the effort put into preserving our beach access. The stacking of stones has been rearranged again this year, sometime between the change of the seasons from summer to fall.
As you step onto the sand and gaze back up towards the bluff, you can’t help but notice the fallen trees that serve as a reminder of the ever-changing nature of the beach. They offer a glimpse into the power of the elements and are simply a snapshot to store into your memory, as they likely will evolve into a different appearance by next summer.
