Toasted Shrimp

The Toasted Shrimp House Special seemed like it was a good choice to order when coming here for the first time, but it was quite salty. It also had a lot of raw, chopped onions. The ratio of onions to shrimp was higher than I expected it to be, so this dish would not be something I order again.

Beef Chow Fun

Some places call it Chow Fun and Kam Meng Chinese Restaurant calls it Chow Fung. We chose the Beef Chow Fun and it was delicious! It had string beans in addition to the normal flat noodles, bean sprouts and slices of beef. It was a little on the bland side, but paired with the salty toasted shrimp it tasted fine. If you were to order this dish, I would add just a little bit of soy sauce or salt.

Steamed Cod Fish in Ginger Sauce

The cod fish literally melts in your mouth! Yum! The ginger sauce that accompanies the fish fillets is just right. I can’t say anything more about the Fresh Steamed Cod Fillets in Ginger Sauce, except that I highly recommend this dish! Absolutely delicious!
